James Neville and William Gribble founded MCM Electronics Pty Ltd in May 1985 with the mission, "to design and manufacture high quality, innovative, electronic security products, giving personalised service to our customers" and to become a "technology and service leader in the security and communications industry." 

MCM Electronics is a market leader in the field of Personal Emergency location devices for use in Aged Care, Domestic Violence and Lone Worker applications. MCM supplies products to suit a variety of market needs supported by a team of staff bringing decades of combined experience in the areas of design, manufacturing, and support of electronic products.  

At the World Congress, they’ll be showcasing the NEVERalone device - a tool for anyone working in remote, lone, or challenging situations while working afar or remotely.
